• Promoting, selling and securing orders from existing and prospective customers – markets including private and Catholic schools as well as to the Diocese and parishes
• Demonstrating print and digital products and services to existing and potential clients
• Meeting territory sales quota for each year

Requirements include:
• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years related experience
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Extensive experience selling in private school, Catholic schools and parish markets
• Must have a proven track record of success
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be comfortable selling digital and print curriculum
• Must possess valid driver’s license to drive a Company-provided vehicle
• Must be able to travel 50-75% within the assigned territory

Manager of Donor Relations
Thomas More Society, Chicago, Illinois

Opportunity to help build a strong and sustainable culture of life in support of the country’s top pro-life and pro-family public interest law firm. The Manager of Donor Relations will develop and execute major and planned gift strategies that will sustain and grow current major gifts while identifying and soliciting new major and planned gift commitments from Thomas More Society’s growing donor base. Working with Thomas More Society’s outstanding legal team, the Manager of Donor Relations will also organize events that increase Thomas More Society’s profile with current and prospective major donors.

Job Duties:
-Build a caseload of at least 150 major/planned gift donors ($5,000+) through personal meetings, phone conversations and digital communications. -Systematically develop, maintain, and cultivate relationships with current major donors while qualifying and soliciting new major gifts.
-Create and coordinate stewardship efforts to strengthen current major gift donors to include written communications, reporting, events and meetings with key Thomas More Society staff.
-Assist with current development events and contribute ideas and strategies that improve financial success and strengthen relationships with attendees.
-Develop new events that engage prospects and educate them on the benefits of supporting Thomas More Society through major and planned gifts.
-Maintain accurate data on donors and donor interactions to improve Thomas More Society knowledge of donor base and develop stronger relationships with donors to grow financial support both now and in the future.
-Set up weekly meetings with caseload donors that create opportunities to educate donors on Thomas More Society impact, improve relationships with donors and solicit donors for increased investment.
-Speak publicly in large and small events on the mission, impact and financial needs of the Thomas More Society in order to inspire donors to increase financial investments.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor Degree
-Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
-Must have excellent writing and public speaking skills

Communications Coordinator

The Thomas More Society is a not-for-profit, national public interest law firm dedicated to restoring respect in law for life, family, and religious liberty. Position Overview and Primary Job Responsibilities: The Communications Coordinator will help manage the firm’s national communications across all mediums and help develop and implement a long term communications plan. The Communications Coordinator will be responsible for identifying short term and long term communications objectives and orchestrating day to day communications matters. The Communications Coordinator will help oversee firm branding and ensure consistency across advertising mediums and geographic areas and will identify new marketing initiatives. The job responsibilities will also include evaluating and helping to select opportunities to invest in new marketing software, strategies, and programs, and creating and curating content for the firm’s media and news outlets, and for printed materials, logo gear, and other marketing materials. Additionally, the Communications Coordinator will organize and manage fundraising events and other projects.

The Communications Coordinator will be an essential team member in managing the Society’s public profile. S/he will work directly with the leaders of the organization and the organization’s top clients and collaborators.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or relevant field

Secretary, For the Secretariat for Evangelization and Comm.
Diocese of Metuchen

Presently, the Diocese of Metuchen is seeking a Secretary for the Secretariat of Evangelization and Communication. This is an executive level position to bring vision, inspiration and strategic planning to the secretariat for evangelization and communication. The position includes assisting in developing a cohesive message of evangelization, mindful of the particular demographic and cultural diversity within the local Church of Metuchen, which comprises the four central counties of New Jersey. The Secretary for Evangelization and Communication will also seek to ensure that all of the pastoral offices and initiatives of the Diocese of Metuchen are conceived, planned and executed in a profile of evangelization that is directed to lifelong missionary discipleship.

The successful candidate will be a dynamically faith filled Roman Catholic, capable of articulating the gospel in a relevant and compelling manner of speech and life. They will be academically prepared by at least having obtained a master's degree in theology. They will also have had a minimum of five years' experience successfully working in the field of evangelization and leadership at the diocesan level. Key leadership skills include an ability to motivate, problem solve and strategize with a team approach to ministry.

The Secretary for Evangelization and Communication is a senior staff position within the Curia of the Bishop of Metuchen, reporting directly to the Vicar General and Moderator of the Curia.
